Pairing β‡ˆ
In Tanzu Labs we try to pair as much as possible, and as a Sr. Software Engineer, I periodically find myself pairing with less experienced engineers. Having a broad experience in pairing I adjust my way of pairing according to our necessity and the person I pair with.
I found this article concise and straight to the point about how to pair with a junior developer and I wanted to share it with you all. Mentoring and cultivation are some of the most important parts of our job as Senior Developers and we should always aim to do it whenever we can and as much as possible. πŸͺ΄
